Product Care & Maintenance
A little maintenance helps chargers, cases, cables and power banks stay reliable and look better for longer.
Chargers
- Disconnect power before cleaning.
- Use a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth.
- Keep ports and charging surfaces free of dust and debris.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the product in liquid.
Cables
- Disconnect by holding the connector, not pulling the cable.
- Avoid sharp bends near connector ends.
- Stop using a cable if insulation is split, connectors are loose or metal parts are exposed.
Power banks
- Keep away from excessive heat, direct sunlight and moisture.
- Do not use a swollen, punctured or visibly damaged battery.
- Store partially charged rather than completely empty for long periods.
- Recharge periodically during extended storage.
Cases and magnetic accessories
- Remove dust between the case and phone occasionally.
- Use mild cleaning methods suitable for the case material.
- Keep magnetic contact areas clear of metal debris.
When to stop using a product
Stop use if you notice swelling, unusual odor, exposed wiring, cracked power components, liquid damage, repeated overheating or other visible damage that could affect safety.
